let me tell you mine..
My name is Courtney. I’m 32 years old and I'm a natural light photographer. I take my job very seriously and think myself very lucky to be trusted with some of your most precious moments. To me you aren't just 'a job' you are a book with a story to tell. Let me help you write some of those pages...
12 Random Facts About Me!
1. I studied social work and teaching at University and currently work part time as a grade 1/2 teacher.
2. I am a total Harry Potter nerd! I've read the book & watched the movies countless times.
3. I’m a new mama to Archie who is almost 1 but Hendrix (my English bull terrier) will always be my first baby.
4. My dad died 2 months before I was born, I was raised by a single mama.
5. I’ve been told I can look unapproachable but when you know me I’m actually the silly/inappropriate person in the group!
6. My favourite tv show EVER is Greys Anatomy. I tend to rewatch it from start to finish when I have a life crisis… Can totally relate to Meredith been all ‘dark and twisty’.
7. I absolutely love to take a long hot bath and often edit photos in the tub (multitasking queeeeen).
8. My husband and I eloped in NZ.. Think helicopter up to the Remarkables mountain range in the snow for our wedding photos, It was epic and I have zero regrets.
9. I love to read but only really get time when we go on a holiday somewhere and I’m forced to relax by the pool, I’m known to read 3-4 novels in the space of a week on hols and then not read again for 12 months…
10. I have a massive needle phobia…I’m not talking fear I’m talking DIDN'T have a blood test in 15 years, irrational fear of needles. I hysterically balled my eyes out and begged my husband to take me home when I got the 1st Covid jab. Thankfully I’ve somewhat overcome this fear, I needed extra blood tests during my pregnancy so got very good at them. Injections I’m still petrified of. But will get one if I need it- with a numbing patch only!!
11. I never wear jeans and I mean EVER.. I can't even tell you the last time I wore them... It was over 5 years ago... (runs to overflowing dresser to find jeans to give to the salvos).
12. I am absolutely addicted to roll ups... Yes I know, sooo random and kinda gross... full of sugar, absolute rubbish but I love them sooo much!
